One 90 minute musculoskeletal evaluation devoted to your orthopedic problem. I will meet you in the comfort of your own home to discuss what your problem is and perform a thorough physical examination to determine the tissues most affected and how we can target your healing. We will determine a clear plan for you to follow independently and/or with my support.
One 90 minute evaluation focusing on the pelvis and pelvic muscles. I’ll meet you in the comfort and privacy of your own home, get a sense for what your problem is, and conduct a full physical examination, including an internal or external pelvic exam, as indicated. This visit includes a lot of information and education on healthy norms and pelvic anatomy. Open to all genders.
45 minute consultation which offers flexibility. We may decide to review imaging, discuss treatment options, review what you are currently doing to solve your problem, and I can assist with healthcare system navigation. I’ll help answer whatever questions you have and provide more information and depth to your understanding.
One 60 minute appointment to follow up on your progress. We will discuss how things are changing and refine our treatment approach to reflect how your body is responding.
One 90 minute evaluation and two 60 minute follow up appointments to get you on your way toward healing whatever problem is limiting your freedom and enjoyment of your body.
A full trial of physical therapy is 6 total sessions. Let’s really carve out some space to solve your problem with one 90 minute evaluation and five 60 minute follow up appointments to execute on our plan and make real change to how you feel in your body.
