5. Access and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the program content for your own individual use. You may not share, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any course content, videos, handouts, or materials — in whole or in part — without prior written permission from Yana Waters Wellness LLC. Sharing login credentials or course access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

6. Lifetime Access

Access to purchased programs is provided on a lifetime basis, meaning for as long as the program is actively offered by Yana Waters Wellness LLC. We reserve the right to retire, update, or discontinue any program. If a program is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided and affected students will have an opportunity to download available materials before access ends.

7. Assumption of Risk and Health & Safety

Exercise during pregnancy and the postpartum period carries inherent risks. By participating in this program, you acknowledge those risks and agree to take full personal responsibility for your health, safety, and wellbeing during participation. You agree to stop any exercise that causes pain, discomfort, or concerning symptoms and to seek appropriate medical care.

Yana Waters Wellness LLC is not responsible for any injury, adverse reaction, or health outcome arising from participation in our programs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our programs and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our content is error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from participation in our programs.

11. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than three lessons. To request a refund, contact us at yanawatersdpt@proton.me with your name and order details within the 14-day window. Refund requests received after 14 days, or from students who have completed three or more lessons, are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

12. Privacy

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
